I think there is no specific dates or weekdays for updates. When something comes available it's addded

They're updated all the time. It used to be that early Tuesday and Friday mornings (U.S. time) were the biggies, but I haven't watched enough lately to know if that is still the case.

im looking for a macbook. i havent seen the regular white macbook there since i started checking a few days ago. only the aluminum macbook (not pro) for $899. i'm assuming the white one would be less than that.

I think I have seen it as low as $799 or $849 depending on the model and extras.
I agree- it seems to be more sporadic in recent times rather than a certain day/time.

...right now they have the Nvidia 9400m whitebook 2.13 Ghz in the refurb store for $749... and earlier today they had the Nvidia 9400m whitebook 2.0 Ghz for $699...
I'd get the 2.0 and use the $50 saved toward RAM, HDD and apple care = most would upgrade those in the 2.13 model anyway and that CPU speed will go unnoticed for most...

The refurb list updates every few hours - sometimes more or less. I got a widget that automatically refreshes the refurb store whenever new updates happen. http://www.refurb.me/widget.php
Anyways, the white macbooks with 9400 nvidea I have seen for ~$750.
Macbook aluminum for $900
Macbook pro 13' (basic 2 RAM 160HD) $999
Macbook pro 13' (faster CPU 4RAM 320HD) $1299 (not worth it IMO).
What I was interested in was the last summer's 15' MBP, with discrete 9600 nvidea might I add, for $1299. Only comes with 2RAM (easy upgrade to 4) but other than that I thought it was a great buy, but I missed it 🙁
