iPad mini When do UK apple stores get new stock

Trafford Centre, Manchester completly sold out of mini's. Anyone know how often these stores take new deliveries?
 
I think they get deliveries every morning, however the store do not know what's included in the delivery until it arrives. This is what a genius told me today anyway.
