Do you let it run all the way down till its died? 20%, 10% or anything under that?

I plug mine in every night before I go to sleep. When I wake up, it's fully charged and lasts me all day. Depending on how much I used it in a given day, it could be anywhere from 50% to 10% battery life remaining.

Every night it's in a charging dock on my nightstand, and if I drive somewhere (which I don't do every day) it's in a charging dock in the car.

I do the same thing. Most of the time I use it all the way until the 10% battery warning.

Usually when I go to to bed at night, but there have been times, when I have forgot. Even if it is 80% left, I like for it to be 100% every morning before I go to work, even though I bring my charger with me.

Every night. It's been at 0% to about 81% (last night). I still charge it and leave it charging the whole night. Nothing will happen to the iPhone.

I plug it in whenever I feel like. It really depends on the day.
Since I'm going somewhere from 2:00 to 10:00 PM (it's currently 10:44AM), I'm going to plug my phone in (it's at 46%). If I wasn't going anywhere, I probably wouldn't plug it in.

I put mine in the special Onkyo charging dock connected to my Onkyo surround receiver when I get home from work or where ever I've been. It stays in there unless I need to use until the next day when I leave for work or go out somewhere.

Why is it special? Short bus special or Harry Potter special?

The stereo adaptor in my car has a built-in charger, so I end up charging whenever I drive some where. At home I plug in at bed time if I have less than 50%. My overnight battery drain is now down to a 2% loss (was 10% before the iOS 5.0.1 update).

My iPhone 4 ( running iOS 5) goes into the docking station each night before bed. With heavy use during the day..music, surfing and games, I am usually down to 20%. Light use and I still have 80%. :)

So it doesn't matter when you charge it? It doesn't hurt doing it when it's over 20%?

The spousal unit is a power electronics (battery) engineer/specialist. I asked him when to charge and he said, "Because of technobabble, you don't want to go any lower than 20% or maybe 10%. But you really want to avoid that because of the velociraptors. Also, try not to charge it above 90% because the terrorists will have won."

My mind may have wondered a bit.

During the week I charge mine nightly (iPhone 4 about a year old) and usually have 40-70% left, depending on how much I use it during the day.

I usually don't charge it Friday night and let it run down under 20% on Saturday before charging again.

Last week I tested my phone and when it hit 20% I had 2 days Standby with 7 Hours and 3 Minutes of "Usage".

I seem to be getting better battery life since iOS 5, but I have also loaded "IconProject" which has made toggling WiFi and Bluetooth on and off so easy I keep them off when not needed.

You are my hero. :D

Whenever I am near a charger. At work I am in the car most of the day and just leave it plugged in.(with my usage I don't have a choice, it wouldn't make it though the day) Off days I am usually away from a charger and just plug it in at night with much lighter usage.
