That would be my suggestion as well. I really think they want to take care of iPhone customers at this point.you would need to make one starting at midnight your time for the day you want. or you could just alk in at a nice hour and talk to the manager and say ive been trying for days im very busy can you put me on standby so i can resolve my issue. if you state your issue and you do need it replaced they will replace it.
iphone is kinda like a VIP pass.
