when do you think we will get a Definite anwser about this deal!?

    Everyone is either hearing, you need to sign up for a new contract, 199 and 299 is only if your eligible for upgrade or if your a new customer then other ppl say the opposite. then you have ppl saying you need to activate in store or you dont have to activate in store.
    what is the deal! when are we going to find out the right and definite answer? att and apple reps dont know what the **** is going on!

    We know as a fact that you have to activate in-store, people are just making too big a deal about the fact that if you *can't* activate in-store (say the system is down or something), you have to pay a fee if you don't activate within 30 days.
