iPhone 11 Pro When does Apple charge your card?

I placed a preorder for my iPhone and picked it up on release day. Apple took the amount off my card, but I checked my bank account today and the amount is back in my bank. Anyone know when they'll charge me? I thought it's charged once you pick it up?

I preordered for in-store pick up, Apple did a temp charge on Monday, got dropped off as if nothing happened, I picked up the device on Friday, charge showed up on Saturday. Give it a couple of days, Apple will take the money.
