I purchased AppleCare+ with my MBA that is set to arrive on Friday from China. I just got an email about my AC+, saying the coverage end date is June 23, 2024. However, Friday is June 25, so shouldn’t my coverage be through June 25, 2024?

To be sure, check your start date via https://checkcoverage.apple.com/
If it doesn't match your delivery date then contact Apple Support and have them adjust it.
I'd give them a couple weeks or so after delivery before doing so, might take time for the backend systems catch up with themselves.
