When does the 14 day return policy start when buying off apple store

When the phone is delivered or shipped? I waited on hold for like 40 minutes before hanging up. Thanks.

It better be when it is delivered because i'm looking to trade my 16gig for a 64gig but no one has it in stock. Regardless, that only gives me a little over 1 week to do the exchange. Hopefully some stores around me have it in stock soon.
 
I would think that if you ordered online at the Apple store there would be some give on the date. Because you would have lost several days on shipping. I think when I purchased my MBP online they gave me the date that I received it at my home.

Yes, he said two options: they will send you a pre-paid FedEx label, or return to store. I clarified with him twice and he said it is not an issue as long as you are in the time frame, even for iPhone.

So then I have 2 weeks from 9/25 instead of 9/19 when the card was billed bc that's when it was shipped ?
