IMO it would have definitely been later this year but with current circumstances I think it will be early 21.

It'll probably be released sometime in 2021 due to the pandemic.

I also think next year is more realistic. On the other hand these are all mature devices. Those who want to upgrade usually do it in the lifetime of the device as opposed to launch day as the current devices are already very nice and last a long time.

According to sources it was always planned for 2021...5G and A14x was planned for end of the year so who knows if that still happens. I’m betting 5G, 14X and mini led by fall next year

Well it took mini 5 3.5 years to come out. Might be awhile... only Apple knows. When will any iPad come out with mini LED?

They just released this beauty so it'll be 2021 fall. I really don't see them releasing it in 12 months , way too soon.

I seem to remember seeing it was still due late 2020? Hence why people were calling it the iPad 3 and not to buy it.

Then again who knows what will happen with the current pandemic.
