When I add contacts into my iCloud/iPhone, any way to auto-add to Google Contacts?

I tried using IFFFT and that didn't seem to work. Any possible way to do this?

No worries. But I don't think that solves my problem. If I sync my Google account with mail/calendars, it still doesn't sync contacts. I don't mean that they show up in my contacts list, I mean if I enter a contact in my iCloud contacts list, it would automatically add to Google Contacts as well...
