iPhone 11 When I almost hit the end call button, it becomes recent call list

It happens when the another side closes the call while my finger almost touches the close call button, then it would call someone else immediately. Anyway to fix this?

The screen changes back to recent call list like 0.1 second before my finger touches the screen, how can I stop to click?

Either end the call first or let the other person end it and don’t try.

This is the same kind of thing that happens when I search…in a few scenarios. I go to touch a result and the spot on the screen changes to a different item since the search isn't really finished.
