When I bring up the iPod after syncing, and scroll, it "hiccups"

for like a half-second. I'll bring up the Artist menu after syncing and when I scroll it kinda is sluggish for a half-sec while scrolling. You can only notice it when scrolling because the scrolling speed hiccups.

Does this happen to anybody else?
