When I buy a new iMac question

Hi,

I'm looking into buying a new iMac, when they lastest model comes out. My question is...once I buy one and want to add more ram on my own...will it void the warranty?

No, it will not void the warranty.
Apple even puts instructions doing that into their User Guides.

No, but the user-replaced RAM will not be covered under the warranty. Also if you break something during the installation that won't be covered either.
