When i insert a photo disk into my macbook all that opens is disk utility??

How can i view the contents of the disk? 🙂
the disk contents can be seen on other computers but not mine...

Check the CD & DVDs preferences pane in System Preferences. Is it set to open Disk Utility when you insert a picture CD?

Yep, it was set to do that when i insert a blank cd. But it's not blank. I changed the setting to "open in finder". It still won't open up.
Any ideas that might get it to do exactly that? 🙂

If it's registering as blank, then you have a bad optical drive.
