Apple suggests that when a computer is to be sold (such as my iMac in this case), certain things are to be done such as signing out of itunes, messages, icloud etc, deauthorizing computer and so on.

My question is this:
I transferred all content from the iMac I'm selling to a Macbook Pro I recently acquired by cloning the iMac drive and putting the clone on the MBP. So If I deauthorize the iMac, will it have the effect of deauthorizing both computers since I used the cloning method?

I did rename the MBP so it no longer has the same as the iMac.
I hope my question is understood as I wasn't quite sure how to ask it.

Thanks for any advice.

There's also an option in your iTunes account to deauthorize all the devices you've ever authorized ... sometimes you can't use it for a certain period of time though.
