When I "updated" rather then "restored" my home screen background look like this!

    What a great thread. You updated and it retained the wallpaper you were using.

    lol. you should be congratulating apple for maintaining your settings in an upgrade.

    you just happen to be using the stock iOS 6 wallpaper so it looks a little odd. but if you had set it to a custom one it wouldn't be weird at all.

    Lol I don't know I thought that when you update or restore you get the iOS 7 stock background!

    Only when you restore..updating doesn't change it..
