I've tried copying the video to my iMac and then uploading, I've tried the native iPhone 4 Youtube uploader, and I've tried 720tube...and no matter what, it uploads to Youtube letterboxed, with stupid black lines on both sides.
How do I get rid of these? I see plenty of other 'direct-from-iPhone' videos on Youtube that take up the whole window, so what am I doing wrong!
