Anybody else experience this oddity? My iPod classic connects to my Mac perfectly and I can do everything normally, but after my comp sleeps, and I wake it up later on, the iMac is disconnected and doesn't automatically connect. I have to first unplug and replug it in for it to connect again.

Is this normal?

EDIT: Or unless I quit iTunes and relaunch it.

I haven't heard of this before seems like a driver issue. Did you try reinstalling iTunes?
