Probably by the time it gets released in Europe. Such things in the Middle East, especially the Gulf, tend to follow European pricing and release dates.

I go to the middle east quite a lot (not the hot spots), mostly to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Bahrain and there is more money there than anyone could every imagine. These people make movie stars look like peasants and in addition to their real goldplated cars they always have the latest technology.
