Sadly based on a couple of the big bank CEO's, regulatory issues may delay Apple Pay here for a couple of years. But since we have the NFC infrastructure in place, hopefully it can be forced through sooner.

You can thank the CRTC for that, I don't think Apple would be against iTunes Radio in Canada.

Sadly the CRTC is run by people without any kind of vision or grasp on the current times

Not getting my hopes up at all, no iTunes Radio even to this day. Very unfortunate Canada is so far behind on this adopting such technologies, if ever.

When it was launched in UK, there was no need for a iOS update, so I tend to think that you will be able to add a canadian AMEX from 17th even if they don't release 9.2
