When is Flickr dropping the Yahoo Login?

It was supposed to be January but that has come and gone, still required to use Yahoo to log in. Anyone know when the change over happens?

Yeah, it's a pain cuz Yahoo requires you use their Mail app for two-factor authentication. So far I haven't seen any changes.

I retained Yahoo precisely for that reason. Just looked and my inbox showed 999+ unread emails. That is the email address that I give where I don't want my primary email address jammed up with their spam. With that many unreads, you can tell how often I look at it.

Um, I had yet more problems logging in with my Yahoo email on the iPad a couple of weeks ago so I contacted one of the Flickr support 'heroes' He gave me a couple of options, one of which was to transfer my sign in over to a non-yahoo email. All done in a matter of minutes and now works perfectly. That's the end of Yahoo for me! You'll still see the Yahoo login screen but can just use a non-Yahoo email in it.
