When is iOS 8.3 coming to public?

It's been a long time I didn't hear any news about 8.3. Anyone have idea when it will be released to the public? May? June?

Wait why would 8.3 come out with the Apple watch? Wasn't 8.2 meant for that? But on the other hand, 8.3 is in the fourth beta, fifth beta is likely to drop tomorrow or the next day. Another two weeks, sixth beta drops on the 20th. Usually, .x releases don't go through that many betas or enter a final golden master stage, so I guess this could drop around the time of the Apple watch, give or take a week or so.

8.3 is planned for being 4 beta stages. i read like that on another apple boards.

i think 8.3 will be available in the next two weeks.or the same day apple watch release
