When can I go in and touch the phone or buy it at the apple stores here in Los Angeles. is it on Friday Nov 6 or a week later?

Other when is iPhone 12 mini available in stores to touch?

I am pretty excited for the mini. I have the 12 Pro, and while I didn’t think the slight size increase would bug me over my old X, a week in its really grating on me. I’m planning to initiate a return request next Friday and pre order the mini same day. Once the mini arrives on the 13th, I’ll spend the day evaluating and send back the other phone.

Next Friday might be too late. I would start it no later then Wednesday or Thursday
It’s a 14 day return policy, no? For online, I assume it just has to be requested by D14 and they give some buffer time for you to mail it in
I would advise to initiate the return on Thursday before. I say this as there could be issues on Friday especially when apple store closes the store down and when it's back you it's blank for quite a while.
Yes it's 14 day return policy. Once you initiate it the return, it gives you additional 14 days and Apple must receive it by 11/20/20.
just wait til Nov 15 before you buy your stuff. Apple will probably have holiday returns so you can play with your phones until January
I asked about the return window for my 12 Pro, which I received on launch day. I explained that I was torn between it and a mini. I was told that, if you bought the phone through the Apple website, they are allowed to make an exception for a return for up to 45 days.
I plan to order a 12 mini and spend a few days comparing. This year is much more complicated with all the options.
