When is MacRumors going to be available for Canadians?

They’re not showing up on my Apple News app!

Is it region locked?

It does not show up on my Apple News app either, and I live in Australia.
Just use the Safari to browse. Much better.
Plus, there are tons of websites not picked up by Apple News.

In Australia, never had a issue with macrumors and the news app.

It's a problem on Apple's end apparently. Everything is set up properly on our side to be available wherever Apple News is available.

It affects some other sites too, but we haven't been able to get a response from Apple about it yet.
