When listening to Podcasts on Iphone there is an echo.

Podcasts on my Iphone4 have an echo. Brought to the store but no one knows what to do....can anyone out there help with this problem?
 
IPod echo on podcasts

I' m having the same problem. Asi am new to iPhone I am completely lost. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
