When there is no network connection, ability to save to MY MUSIC is broken.

hi, thanks for reading this. i usually download a lot of playlists and home and work (where i have an internet connection). when i go underground in the subway, i'll listen to these offline playlists and then if i like a song, i'll try to save it to my personal library by 'adding to my music.' unfortunately it shows that it does it but it really doesn't, even when you have internet connection back. the song was NOT added.

It's possible there's a bug. Did you report it to Apple?
