iPhone 13 When to open the Apple Store app ?

When this happened last year, I'd just totally close it out, quick reopen.
Repeat until you finally see the store.
Technically- it’s not 5AM Pacific Time in Europe. It’s still 4:55 Pacific.
The pre-orders start at the same time across the world - at the 5am Pacific Time equivalent for your local time zone.

*The Apple Store App, finally loaded up on my end about 6 minutes after the hour - my desktop website which I have open also...forget it, that seemed to be a mess on my end.
(Others already posting placed orders as I waited)
Anyway, slower process that usual perhaps due to usual heavy traffic...but got the order in.
(delivery time on my config, 256gb Graphite dropped to Oct 6-15 by 20min after the hour.
I actually didn't expect that. It took a good 90min, almost 2 hours last year until I started seeing delivery times start to drop) Perhaps the bigger trade in values this time is making this one sell! That was a key factor for me...even with this 10 month old phone, but the terrible battery life on this 12PM was a bigger factor. So...hoping the 13PM is a far better experience, it should be.
