For example, whenever I press 'Reply' to someone's message in Mail, the cursor is always just 1 space above the quote. The quote says "On April 12th, 2011 at 8pm so-and-so wrote:", and the cursor is always 1 space above that.

It looks really bad when I send a note that ends with my name at the bottom (so I always have to make a space). Is there any way to change that quote or to make it more like Outlook Express where there's at least some space in between?

Also, how do I set Mail to open on the inbox? It always opens from the last folder I viewed. Like if I was viewing Sent Items last time I used Mail, it will open in Sent items. I want it to open every time in the inbox.

Also, same thing happens in iTunes where it opens from the last viewed folder. How do I set iTunes to always open in the iTunes Store rather than last viewed?

Also, what is "On My Mac" in the Trash folder of Mail? I deleted this because I didn't know what it was...
