iPad Pro When will 12.9" 256gb ipp be available for store pickup?

All the stores around me say not available now. But it says if I order to have it delivered to me then it will ship in about 3 days. Does that mean it will also be available in stores in 3 days? I prefer to buy in store because my area is not safe.
 
I ordered mine the day they announced it. Arrival is set for the 29th. (I paid the $10 for quicker shipping)
 
I asked a store employee about this, and he said he would predict the earliest batch of all new products to come in at the end of the month.

Hope you are right but betting Apple will hold up the delivery till the day of introduction. FedEx or UPS could have instructions to hold. You never know but wish you the best of luck.

If you are not in the USA, it could be the introduction is different.

The 256gb 12.9" was never a preorder so I don't think it has a "release date".

Stock status in the ONLINE store now shows "1 business day".

Time to order online.

Edit: nevermind, delivery date is 4/1/2016 :-S
