When will a new 2.0 2.0 MBP MBA update come out for 2012 models?

Any word on a software fix/patch for the 2.0 debacle they issued a few months ago? I keep ignoring this red circle on my icon telling me to update my cmbp 2012 i5. Never have and fear doing it but I am sick of waiting.
