When will Amazon have the new MBPs?

Does anyone know how long it takes resellers like Amazon to get new models? I really want to get a new MacBook Pro, but don't feel like ponying up for the huge tax involved with buying through Apple.

I second your opinion.
I guess we need to wait for a few weeks at the minimum.
Right now the earlier worth $1999 CD MBP is now selling for $1599 after $100 MIR on Amazon so i guess they are trying to get rid of the old stock and get some new C2D MBPs soon!

That's quite the price drop for the CD!

They only have 2 left of the 2.16 15" model. Everything else just shows as in stock.
