There's been such little change with the case size since the Apple Watch launched.

When do you think we'll get a thinner, more streamlined case?
I understand there is a trade-off with battery life, but I'd really look forward to an almost-flat design, thin low-profile case.

They made an iPhone Air (which I am completely satisfied with) and could probably dare to make a ‘Watch Air’.

However, I believe the problems would not be limited to the battery... the crown, overheating, speaker... all with a significantly greater difficulty in assembly.

If they do make it, it will probably be a ‘premium’ product.

The Series 10 and 11 is pretty damn thin - my guess would be 95% of people would rather have more battery than 2 mm. thinner watch

True, even if I want a thinner watch i'd want more battery.

The only way i see that is some sort of band-type product or a non-colour e-ink kindle style screen

Yeah, Series 10 and 11 are the first Apple Watches that are thin enough to be called „elegant“. I guess it will take next-gen battery tech to make them thinner (and more elegant) still.
