Generally if the rate gets more favourable and it looks like it's staying that way, Apple will probably adjust the rate but only when they update the product. It's not likely that they'll just do a storewide price reduction because the rate dropped.
They wont change the prices to benefit the UK, they never have and never will. They will drop the US price and raise them around the rest of the world to pay for it.

That's not true. They've dropped them in the past when the dollar exchange rate was high over here. No guarantee it'll happen again but it's not like it's never happened.
