When will I be eligible?

Sorry if this has already been addressed, but will AT&T soon allow those who bought a 3GS in Jan./Feb. to upgrade for $199? OR will I have to wait until the date it says (2/14/11)? Any way of finding out?

I'm on a family plan for 2. Bill is around $160 each month.

The easiest way to find out is to call *NEW# from your iPhone. You'll then get a free text message detailing the upgrade times for that particular line.

AT&T would be the best ones to tell you. However, you most likely have to wait to pay for that price.

Yeah I did that and it says 2/14/11. I just thought it may get moved up since those who bought a 3GS last December can upgrade as of now (bought mine in Feb.).

I'm guessing you're eligible on the date they provide for you. In your case, Feb. of 2011.
