When will iPhone 8 demos be displayed in stores?

I walked into a bunch of stores today but I the only demos where 7 and below. I’d love to see what the glass back and color looks like in person before buying one.

I would like to see the gold in store as I have ordered a Space Gray and am curious to which I would like best...but that white bezel though...
