When will missing features return?

Leopard is ok, has nice new features but apple did not include features which exist in tiger. I do not understand why I can not see my video play when qt window is minimized in the dock? What happened with bluetooth and address book? I can live without these and other missing features but I do not understand the logic behind theirs omission.

The changes in Leopard's system probably buggered those things up, so Apple didn't include them.

Chances are they will be brought back in an update.

Yup. As BlakTornado mentioned, the underlying changes in Leopard (the parts you don't see) were substantial, and some things had to be dropped because they used older system components that no longer exist. Some things will come back, but others likely won't.
