When will there be a MacBook Pro 11" with Retina (touchscreen)

This would be the perfect portable laptop for me:
Macbook Pro 11" with retina
(Pro version for the bigger battery that it will need)

Would this 11" retina cannibalize the other Macbook series?

And when would this be possible to produce? (more energy efficient technology is necessary)
My estimation is in 1 to 2 years.

If i could really dream out loud i would like to see a Macbook Pro 11" retina touchscreen (I know they would need to update OS X but it would be great for some basic gestures or full screen touch optimized Mac apps)

Would we ever see a touchscreen Macbook and if so when?
I estimate in 2 years. (i know that's fast but things are moving very fast)

I'm sure they must have some prototypes of this in their labs

Very likely never, as touchscreen on a vertical screen is horrible ergonomics. This has been discussed ad nauseam in this forum.

Of course they have, Steve said that they tested it a long time ago...and that they don't work. I quote him "It's gives a great demo but after a long period of time your hand just want to fall off" - smth like that.
