We already have augmented reality on the iphone. You launch it through Safari. Its called Macrumors

this looks interesting.. I have the Resident Evil.. and normally games dont scare me.. but the graphics are sooo real.. even for it being a game on the iPhone.. I just cant play it.. I get scared to death! lol
