Yes...the embargo will likely be lifted on the 21st...3 days prior to launch is typical for apple.
The reviewers already have their review units now.

Nope. It's hard to do a review before you own the phone.

Professional critics are almost certainly testing the Iphone 4 right now. There'll be reviews up before next Thursday. I know there were reviews of the Ipad up at least a day, maybe two days, before it went on sale. Expect the same here, possibly earlier.

Well gizmodo did a review with pictures about a month ago 🙄

Reviewers have had theirs for a while and I'm sure the embargo will be lifted early next week starting Apple's carefully orchestrated media hype machine building to a crescendo on Thursday with release, lines and chaos. Oh but I'm sure Motorolla's new Droid release on the 23rd will steal some thunder... uh, yeah right.
