When would Apple charge my card for 10/1 thru 10/7 delivery?

Any idea when apple will charge my card for a preorder with 10/1-10/7 delivery date? I have two other orders with delivery next Friday and my card was already charged but on the 10/1 thru 10/7 order only the AppleCare portion has been charged. Is this normal and when will Apple charge my card for that order? I would have thought right now and really would like them to.
 
Is it charged or pending? Mine is pending through BOA. It shouldn't be charged until it's been shipped.

I also have a delivery date of 9/19.
 
They charged the AppleCare portion already but not the phone for my 10/1 - 10/7 order and I have the confirmation email but im wondering why they did not charge the phone yet?
