Step 1: Give FedEx guy/girl a hug.
Step 2: Take picture of Box before opening.
Step 2A: Immediately Filter Photos and post to Istagram
Step 3: Open Box
Step 4: Deep Breath
Step 5: Repeat Step 2
Step 5A: Repeat Step 2A.
Step 6: Put on white, sterile gloves.
Step 7: Repeat Step 2
Step 7A: Repeat Step 2A.
Step 8: Clean up shorts.
Step 9: Repeat Step 2
Step 9A: Repeat Step 2A.
I need to set this one up new, I have 3600 photos that have carried over from my 1st Gen iPhone... Lol

Same here. Start fresh, pick the apps I want, pick some playlists and my pictures and give it a while... At least now we can do this over WiFi and don't have to wait to play with it.
I will just let the Cloud backup do it's restore and get on with my day!

I'll be jumping in the car and driving to my carrier to pick up a nano sim so I can actually use it! (They don't ship sims with the phones in Canada).
I'll also be setting it up from a backup. No sense in loosing all my settings, messages, etc.

This may be a dumb question, but if you set it up as new, don't you lose progress on any games that don't save your progress to iCloud? What else gets lost in terms of app data when you set up as new?
