I place an order iphone with bestbuy early upgrade trade in , but my order delay so i cancel item , and it done completetly cancel >>

So when they take out and put back my elligible upgrade of that devices in system so i can buy in store directly

Hmm, not sure, maybe a day or two till your eligibility resets? Maybe call AT&T directly and let them know that you canceled so they can update it in their system.
