Whenever I restart my Mac, my widgets get rearranged

I've noticed that whenever I restart my Mac my today widgets get totally rearranged and I have to put them back in their original spots. Does this happen to anyone else?

My weather widget likes to move up or down every time I restart. Other than that one, no other widgets do it.
