iPod touch Where are applications in Itune?

Hi, I've installed some applications via Itune app store. I'd like to know where the applications are backed up via Itunes? That is, if I upgrade to firmware 3 , where is the option to retrieve applications back via Itune?

Under library there is a little tab that says applications. It's there with things like music and movies.
