I treated myself to a new 27inch imac yesterday.

This morning I've connected to my Timecapsule to copy across some files I need and the only backups are showing are from yesterday.

Where are the backups from my old mac?

Timecapsule is showing about 600gb being used which was the size of my old HDD so i know the files are on there.

    How do I access them?

I don't want to do a full restore just grab the Projects i need.

Option key click the Time Machine icon in the menubar then select "Browse other backup disks..."

Here is a step by step to inherit. But if you just want to pull files off the old backup, see my previous post.
