New iMac user.....Just received new 21.5 and loving it.

When I go to Finder>Go>All My Files in the left column is "Favorites" with a list indicating All My Files, Applications etc....Where or how can I find my system files?

As a former pc user, all that was needed was going to the c drive.

Thanks

"All My Files" is a search result for your home directory*, better not use it to delete something.

Macintosh HD is the equivalent of C:/, Macintosh HD / System and Macintosh HD / Library are the OS (including some other folders, normally hidden).
Your files are stored in Macintosh HD / Users / YOU* /, simply accessible via Finder and CMD+SHIFT+H or the small house icon in Finder's Sidebar.

Applications are stored in and get installed to Macintosh HD / Applications /.
