Where are my NOTES?

Hi all,
After upgrading to ElCap, my notes are gone. I have them on a google-account, they show on my iOS 9-phone and on my other mac still on Yosemite - but on the ElCap one they are gone. I did NOT upgrade Notes on either of them. I have tried to click Notes on/off in the settings for mail-accounts, no luck.

Is this a common bug? What to do?

No issues here after the update. My notes were where they were before El Capitan.
