I just got an iPad Pro 12" and everything from my iPad Air came over fine except my PDF files into iBooks. And also when I download a new PDF file by clicking the "open in iBooks" buttons, they don't show up either! Can someone help?
'Thanks.

Make sure they are both on the latest version of iOS, from your iPad Air, you should be able to enable option to sync pdfs in iBooks through icloud (i dont know if this is in the settings somewhere or actually in iBooks app). After that from your iPad Pro you should then see the option to download them. If they arent there make sure the "hide iCloud Books" is off (inside the iBooks app under the "all books" at the top center.

Thank you! The "hid iCloud books" was on. They are all there now! Thanks again.
We have to start simple and work our way to crazy... otherwise we'd never be able to troubleshoot your issue. 90% of the time a "Newbie's" issue is fairly basic, so that is where I started.
