Where are the 2-port Thunderbolt 2.5" enclosures?

Still doesn't matter - no-one is going to make one. If you're looking to put a display or other thunderbolt device on the end of a drive enclosure, it will have to be a dual-drive unit like the OWC Mercury Elite Pro Dual or the Akitio Thunder2 Duo Pro, for example.
