Where are the IPSW files stored after an iOS device has been updated?

Hello!
When I update my iPad on my MBP, a complete IPSW file of almost 10 GB is downloaded and stored on the SSD.
But where?
Many older posts mention the iTunes folder, but this does not exist in Sequoia, and a search for IPSW also shows no results.
So, in which directory can I find the IPSW files from iOS updates in MacOS 15.6.1? Please help!
